Build the Bus!

In April 2021, myself and over 100 supporters of The Atlas Foundation took part in the London to Cape Town Challenge, to raise money to build a DigiBus for some of the poorest children in South Africa.

The challenge mission was to collectively run, walk, cycle and swim the distance from London to Cape Town, over the space of 4 weeks.

The participants smashed the challenge in the first 10 days, and efforts were then focused on getting back to England in time for a sunny bank holiday.

Overall challenge was a success! In May we were able to get the bus into the fabricators in Kenya, and it is expected to be delivered to children in South Africa this summer.

But the hard work doesn't stop there. There's so much more to be done.

DigiBus's are expensive, and have large ongoing costs including fuel, maintenance, technology repairs and teaching salaries.

You can help us leave a powerful legacy and provide the children with a bright future by donating today.

Every penny counts!

As ever, thank you for your fantastic support of Atlas and the kids we help not just to survive, but to thrive.
