Our work Projects We Support KRDA, Kenya This project works exclusively with children from the Kibera Slum, the largest slum in Africa, giving them hope for a future beyond their current existence. The KRDA aims to allow children to access, train and participate in the game of rugby through mini tag and rugby training. Not only does the programme teach the children about rugby, but also gives them valuable life skills that will give them a route out of poverty, giving them the chance to thrive. KRDA aims to develop children emotionally, physically, intellectually, socially and spiritually. Over 250 children attend KRDA training every week on a Sunday. The children receive food, clean water and rugby kit surrounded by positive role models, their coaches. The success of the KRDA is targeted to grow with 10 centres planned in the next 3 years.
